Refund policy

Subscription fees are generally not refunded for time you have already paid for. We do refund duplicate or unauthorised payments and look fairly at long outages that are our fault.

1The general rule

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid plan has been activated, except where the law requires a refund or this policy says otherwise. There is a Free plan with no end date, so you can try WatchSense with your own customers before you pay.

  • Monthly plans: no part-refund for unused days after you cancel.
  • Yearly plans: no part-refund for unused months after you cancel.

Cancelling is described in our cancellation policy. You keep your plan until the paid period ends.

2When we refund

  • Duplicate or unauthorised payments. We review them and refund once we have checked.
  • Long service failures caused by us. If WatchSense is verifiably unavailable or unusable for a long time because of a fault on our side, we investigate and may refund part or all of the affected period.
  • Where the law requires it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

3When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the plan after it was activated.
  • You did not cancel before a renewal date.
  • Meta, Google or a telecom provider limited, delayed or blocked your WhatsApp number, templates or messages, or had an outage. These are outside our control.
  • We suspended or ended your account for a breach of our terms.

4How to ask for a refund

Email info@akbhcodeai.com with the subject “WatchSense refund request” and include:

  • your name, business name and the email on your account;
  • the payment date, amount and payment reference or screenshot; and
  • what went wrong, in a few words.

We may ask you a question or two before we decide, and we tell you the outcome in writing.

5How long it takes

Approved refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it.

6WhatsApp message charges

WatchSense does not sell WhatsApp message credits and adds no markup. Meta bills WhatsApp messages directly to your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta’s rates, so questions about those charges, and any refunds, are for Meta.
